Mental Fitness Bootcamp
Thanks for your interest in Mental Fitness Bootcamp! Here's what you need to know:
The program runs for six-weeks, and we kick off on October 3, 2024.
To get the most out of the program, expect to spend approximately 1.5-2 hours per week:
1-hour training video on the app, which you can watch at your convenience.
10-15 minutes daily exercises, scheduled whenever works best for you.
30-minute group coaching session, held at a pre-set time each week that will be coordinated amongst the group.
All the content is delivered through the Positive Intelligence app, where you'll have access to:
Weekly Training Videos: 1-hour video sessions, available on-demand in the app.
Daily Practice: 10-15 minutes a day of guided exercises, all accessible through the app, to strengthen your mental fitness and track your progress.
Weekly Group Coaching Sessions: 30-minute group sessions held on Zoom, intended to provide support, reflection, and shared learning with other like-minded women who have similar goals and aspirations.
