Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Megan. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, I understand first-hand the challenges women encounter in the workplace.
About seven years ago, these challenges intensified for me when I transitioned into a new leadership role and experienced overwhelming feelings of stress and self-doubt.
Work consumed my thoughts during evenings, weekends, and even vacations.
Despite having completed numerous leadership trainings, I struggled to apply what I had learned to navigate my unique challenges.
It became evident that something crucial was missing.
After completing what turned out to be a life-changing six-week Positive Intelligence program (the program I will guide you through in Mental Fitness Bootcamp), I realized that traditional leadership programs are just not cutting it.
I realized that before we can effectively lead others (without all the stress and self-doubt), we first need to master self-leadership and get to the root of what is holding us back.
These are the things that other leadership programs don’t talk about, but I strongly believe that helping women build up their mental strength and resilience is foundational to empowering them thrive and advance in their careers. I'm passionate about helping women uncover and conquer those inner 'saboteurs' that hold them back from unlocking their full potential.

You’d never learn to ride a bicycle by reading a book about it. You’ll be asked to read the first 8 chapters of the book while participating in the program. The book provides the research foundation and introduces the tools.
The video session guides you through experiential exercises that go beyond the insights in the book to help you personalize the tools to your own personality and needs.
And the daily exercises in the app allow you to practice one tool at a time in the context of your own daily work and life challenges.
You will get the support and accountability you need to help you rewire the neural pathways in your brain and make clear, focused, and calm your default state of mind.
