Hi, I’m Megan.

As an executive leadership coach with 15 years of experience in the power industry, I am passionate about both power and people. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in developing regulatory strategy and policy advocacy, finding creative solutions to propel projects and ideas forward. I enjoy applying these skills to help propel people forward, too!

While developing as a leader and transitioning into new roles over the years (both at work and at home), I’ve seen first hand the challenges that many women face. I’ve experienced the feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, and alone at various stages. And I don’t want other women to feel that way.

My passion for leadership combined with my ability to bring clarity and perspective to situations is what sets me apart as a leadership coach. Drawing inspiration from the concept of "repowering," a process which dramatically improves the performance and efficiency of power plants, I've created a unique and systematic approach to leadership development. It's designed to empower my clients to attain heightened well-being, success, and fulfillment in their careers.
