Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program

Throughout my career, I’ve repeatedly heard how important it is to have a mentor. I’ve heard leaders that I admire contribute their success to the sole fact that they had an amazing mentor (or mentors). They have confessed that they wouldn’t be where they are without that mentorship. How inspiring!

But what if you don’t have a mentor and don’t even know where to get started on finding one? In my experience, it’s not always that easy.

Which is why I’m so honoured and excited to be facilitating the upcoming Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program – a program created by the Prosperity Project to address women’s limited access to role models and mentors. This (free) program is designed to provide women with the opportunity to receive support, guidance, and encouragement as they progress their careers.

Do you know any women that are in the early stages of their career that would benefit from guidance and support in a peer group setting? Share this post and encourage them to apply!
